Nicholas regularly appears in the Supreme and District Court of NSW, the Federal Court and in Coronial inquests and inquiries. He is experienced in large and complex litigation, including currently acting on behalf of the State of New South Wales defending numerous civil claims for economic loss and property damage arising out of bushfires that surrounded Sydney in 2001.
