Izaz has been a prolific contributor of articles to the Law Society Journal over the last 25 years. He has been briefed in many important equity cases. An example is Foran V. Wight (1989). 168 CLR 385 which is a landmark case on the issue of the rescinding parties readiness and ability to perform the contract at the time of the rescission.

He was also counsel for the purchaser in the more recent decision of the NSW C/A in Williams v. STA and Anson City Developments Pty Ltd. (2004) 60 NSWLR 286 which had to deal with interesting questions relating to prescriptive easements and whether they could apply to Torrens system land.
